Since its establishment in 2010, Ruian Haoyu Auto Parts Co., Ltd. has grown through years of dedicated development into a large-scale, intelligent automated manufacturing facility. We are a professional manufacturer integrating R&D, production, and sales of products such as automotive and motorcycle fuel injectors, urea injectors, GDI (Gasoline Direct Injection) injectors, and CNG/LNG natural gas injectors.
Our products are exported to numerous countries—including the United States, Brazil, Germany, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, and the Philippines—establishing a diversified global market network.
Since an initial equipment investment of approximately 40 million RMB in 2016, we have continuously upgraded and expanded our machinery. Our facilities feature world-class femtosecond laser welding equipment, high-precision CNC internal and external grinders, fully automated CNC lathes, intelligent inspection systems, and smart assembly robots. Additionally, we have expanded our dedicated clean-room facilities, providing a robust hardware foundation for ensuring high product quality.
We employ a workforce of 112 people and possess strong technical capabilities, supported by advanced production machinery and specialized testing equipment. We have established a comprehensive and effective ISO/TS 16949:2009 quality management system, fostering a modern management model and a diversified, large-scale production structure that secures a solid foundation for product quality and technological innovation.
