Haoyu Company's R&D department has successfully overcome the bottleneck of GDI fuel injection technology, employing a multi-hole valve seat structure and ultra-precision matching technology, combined with an asymmetric flow guide cavity design, to achieve precise fuel control under 350 bar high pressure.
Core Components: Optimized Design and High-Precision Machining
The core components of Haoyu Company's fuel injection system are precision-machined using high-performance materials to ensure the system's stability under high-pressure environments. The valve seat is made of SU304 stainless steel, possessing strong high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, ensuring that fuel injection accuracy will not be affected by high temperatures and corrosion during long-term operation. The six-axis laser drilling and electrolytic polishing process of the valve seat results in a smooth surface, higher precision, and no burrs, meeting the requirements for precise atomization.
Ball Valve: Improved Precision and Wear Resistance
The ball valve in the fuel injection system is machined using a Japanese six-axis machine tool, possessing high consistency and precision control. To enhance wear resistance, the ball valve surface is coated with a diamond-like carbon (DLC) coating, effectively improving its wear resistance and corrosion resistance, reducing potential wear issues during long-term use, and ensuring reliable system operation in harsh environments.
Plastic Components: Improving High-Temperature Stability and Resistivity Accuracy
Haoyu Company selected PBT-GF30 composite material for the plastic components of the fuel injection system. This material possesses excellent high-temperature resistance, enabling stable operation in the high-temperature operating environment of the engine. Furthermore, the selected material ensures resistivity accuracy, guaranteeing precise adjustment of the fuel injection quantity by the electronic control system and optimizing the combustion process.
