Whether accelerating or idling, the pressure should be constant. The pressure of different models is also different (the selection of several gears of the cleaning machine mentioned by a friend is actually the pressure selection for different models, not the pressure of acceleration and idling. The wrong selection of the injection pressure will cause poor atomization of the fuel injector). The amount of fuel injection depends on the length of the injection time. According to the different control methods of the electromagnetic coil, the fuel injector is divided into two types: voltage-driven and current-driven.
The voltage type is also divided into low resistance and high resistance. The high resistance can be connected to 12V, and the low resistance can only be connected to low voltage. If it is connected to 12V for a long time, the coil will burn. When injecting fuel, the voltage provided by the computer is constant, for example, 12V. When the fuel is cut off, it immediately becomes 0V. This change is instantaneous, just like the concept of 0 and 1 in computer language, and there is no 0.5 in the middle. In other words, this is a pulsating direct current signal, not a term such as alternating current. What is the concept of alternating current? Alternating current is only when positive and negative are interlaced. It seems that except for the part before the generator rectifier, the motorcycle basically cannot be exposed to alternating current. When the injector is blocked, the fuel injection is not smooth, or there is carbon deposit and adhesive in the gap of the injector, the designed injection amount or atomization effect cannot be achieved, and cleaning is required.
