1. The spray hole is clogged

You can use a needle to clear it, and then clean it carefully. The large plane of the needle valve body is not in good contact with the main plane of the Boats Fuel Injector, or the cylindrical surface of the needle valve is worn out. If the large plane of the needle valve body is not in good contact with the main plane of the yacht fuel injection nozzle, chromium oxide can be applied to the flat plate for "8" shape grinding; if the cylindrical surface of the needle valve is worn out, the needle valve pair should be replaced in pairs.

2. Poor sealing

The needle valve and the needle valve body are not sealed well, resulting in poor atomization or oil dripping of the yacht fuel injection nozzle.

This kind of fault can be treated by applying fine chromium oxide or toothpaste on the sealing tape at the end of the needle valve, but never on the cylindrical part, and then inserting the needle valve into the needle valve body, knocking and turning until it is tightly fitted. The grinding stone must wash away the chromium oxide or toothpaste.

3. There is air in the oil circuit

There is air in the oil circuit. Just remove the air in the oil circuit.

4. Abnormal oil supply

The oil pump needs to be repaired. If the oil pipe joint is leaking, try to connect it so that it does not leak.

5. Insufficient elasticity

The elasticity of the piston spring is insufficient or the spring is broken. The spring should be replaced.

6. Piston wear

Piston wear affects oil supply. The piston needs to be replaced.
