Before the fuel supply starts at Motorcycle Fuel Injector, the nozzle needle valve is closed and is kept in this state by a spring. After the fuel injection pump starts its pumping stroke, high-pressure diesel enters the nozzle assembly through the oil inlet pipe joint, and enters the oil cavity around the pressure-bearing cone surface of the needle valve through the oil channel in the nozzle body. When the diesel pressure reaches the set pressure, the upward thrust of the oil pressure on the pressure-bearing cone surface of the needle valve will open the needle valve, and the diesel reaches the spray hole from the small oil cavity called the oil bag under the needle valve, and is sprayed out from these spray holes in the form of fine oil mist.
When the pump oil pressure decreases, the needle valve spring causes the needle valve to fall on the valve seat, and the injection process ends.
